At Rown, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our return and refund policy to guide you through the process

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@rown.us with the following information:

1. Product photo or video showing the item and any specific issue.
2. Reason for return—whether it is due to damage, defect, or a change of mind.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, or you will be charged for the return shipping when the label is provided. A courier will pick up your package after you’ve attached the return label. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Process
Upon receiving your item at our warehouse, we will inspect it for restocking. This includes checking the condition and verifying that the item is unworn and undamaged.
Once the inspection is complete and approved, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Once processed, the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@rown.us with supporting photos or videos, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, the following items are non-returnable:

Dresses that have been worn, washed, or damaged
Dresses with removed or altered tags
Custom or personalized items
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item as outlined above. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your item is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rown.us.

• Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped, a refund cannot be processed until the product has been returned to us.

• Washing: Hand wash recommended
  You should wash the fabric by hand, using a mild detergent and lukewarm water. Fill a basin or sink with water and add a small amount of detergent. Soak the tulle fabric in the water for a few minutes, then gently agitate it to loosen any dirt or debris. Rinse the fabric thoroughly in cool water until all the soap is removed.
  
• Bleaching: Do not bleach
  You should not use bleach when washing tulle fabric, as it can damage the delicate fibers.
  
• Drying: Do not tumble dry
  You should not put tulle fabric in the dryer, as the heat and tumbling can damage the fibers. Instead, hang the fabric to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. You can also lay it flat on a clean towel to dry.
  
• Ironing: Low heat or steam
  You can iron tulle fabric, but at a low temperature. Set your iron to the lowest heat setting and wait for it to heat up. Place a pressing cloth or clean white towel over the tulle fabric, and iron gently to remove any wrinkles or creases. Avoid using high heat or steam, as this can damage the delicate fibers.
  
• Dry cleaning: Professional dry cleaning recommended
  You can take tulle fabric to a professional dry cleaner for cleaning. Be sure to inform the cleaner that the fabric is delicate and requires special care.
