At Rown, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our return and refund policy to guide you through the process
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@rown.us with the following information:
1. Product photo or video showing the item and any specific issue.
2. Reason for return—whether it is due to damage, defect, or a change of mind.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. Please follow the 3 steps below after you receive the return label.
Step1: Pack return items into one package
The original BARCODE for EVERY ITEM must be returned as well
REMOVE OR COVER previous labels on package
Please pack your return items in a single package according to the following packaging instructions. Failure to do so may affect the warehouse's ability to process your refund.
(1) Place each item individually in its original packaging with the barcode displayed on the inner packaging.
(2) Put only the items specified in your return request in a single package.
(3) Remove or cover previous labels on reused boxes or bags.

(5) PACKAGE SECURELY to prevent damage or loss during transportations
Step2: Must print and attach the label provided to the package before sending
Step3: Bring to the nearest point to drop off
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Process
Upon receiving your item at our warehouse, we will inspect it for restocking. This includes checking the condition and verifying that the item is unworn and undamaged.
Once the inspection is complete and approved, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Once processed, the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@rown.us with supporting photos or videos, so we can make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, the following items are non-returnable:
Dresses that have been worn, washed, or damaged
Dresses with removed or altered tags
Custom or personalized items
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible. Please return the original item as outlined above. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your item is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rown.us.
Return Summary

No restocking fee.
